Men's Addiction Treatment Center
Men suffering from drug addiction face unique challenges.
These challenges are best addressed with unique solutions. At Next Step Recovery of Asheville, we help men reclaim lives of meaning, value, and responsibility.
Our addiction treatment programs at our men’s addiction treatment center facilitate the transition from detox or inpatient rehab to lifelong self-sufficiency. We use a combination of clinical therapy, dual diagnosis treatment, structure, and community to establish order amidst the mental chaos of addiction recovery.
As we say:
“Recovery is the Real Adventure.”
We aim to be companions and guides along the journey’s path.
The Support Men in Recovery Need to Get Their Life Back On Track
Every person struggling with substance use disorder like alcohol abuse has a story.
Still, there are many things we know about addiction. One of those is that addiction is best looked at as a lifelong battle.
Our men’s addiction treatment center program helps men re-adapt to a sober lifestyle. Many, after their medication-assisted treatment, suffer from a feeling of being post-detox directionless. We combat that with a sense of camaraderie and a daily routine that helps reestablish a regular rhythm, and we always provide ongoing clinical support.
Our goal is to equip men with the tools for happy, healthy lives.
The fight against addiction is never easy. But you don’t have to handle it alone. At Next Step men’s addiction treatment center, you’ll find the friends, mentors, and role models you need to beat addiction for good.

Camaraderie, Companionship, & Compassion
No one should be involved in battling addiction alone because a medication-assisted men’s addiction treatment center can handle all issues, including mental illness. Next Step Recovery’s substance abuse experts are available.
Support is crucial to early recovery in a men’s rehab program. We work hard to make it a team effort with our group therapy.
This is where the NSR of Asheville sets itself apart. Our program equips men struggling with addiction with a support network that is going through the same thing they are going through and with staff members that have battled with addiction, too. We also provide examples of healthy life after addiction.
And, of course, our recovery community revolves around clinical care crucial to early recovery.
Compassion infuses everything we do.
We use a variety of strategies at our men’s rehab center, from structured daily life to adventure therapy to build bonds that help sustain long-term recovery.
The difference shows in our results.
From Detox to Sustainable Sobriety
We use this model because it works.
There are many treatment centers for men in Asheville. Our long-term focus sets us apart.
We offer both access to IOP and Sober Living programs.
These go beyond the 30, 60, and 90-day solutions to make a habit out of a healthy lifestyle.
This is where the real work can begin, but it never truly ends. At Next Step Recovery, men learn the skills to integrate newfound sobriety into real life. Beyond our programs, they make lasting friendships that help support healthy choices for years.
A life of self-sufficiency is the ultimate goal. Choose a long-term addiction treatment program for men built around that goal.
Take the Next Step from addiction to a life of meaning and solve your mental health issue today.
